Let's talk

Senior QA Analyst · Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

I break things
so your users
never have to.

I'm Dev Panchal, a Senior QA Analyst, and I lead more than just test cases. I've built a team of AI agents that test alongside me, feed into product decisions, and keep marketing's day-to-day moving. I point them at the work, they pick it up and wrap it up.

A little about my path

Two and a half years ago, I found bugs by hand. Today, I lead a team of AI agents that find them with me. I'm a Senior QA Analyst at POSIMYTH Innovations in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, testing SaaS products, WordPress sites, and Shopify storefronts, and I stay involved in Product & Marketing too, because I've never believed quality ends at the bug tracker.

Two years of finding what others missed

Our 2 core SaaS products, plus server APIs, WordPress sites and Shopify storefronts along the way, all put through their paces before a single user ever saw a bug.

SaaS QA, Start to Finish

This is where I've spent most of my two years, running full test cycles on SaaS products, from first test case to final sign-off, with nothing let through I wouldn't stand behind.

  • Test Case Design
  • Regression Testing
  • Bug Tracking

Where Bugs Hide First

Server-side logic and REST APIs, tested with Postman until every contract holds, because most bugs start here, long before a user sees a screen.

  • API Testing

WordPress First, Shopify Too

WordPress is where I test end-to-end, day in and day out. Shopify I know well enough to navigate a storefront and catch what shouldn't ship.

Six months in, already raising the bar

The step up from finding bugs to deciding how they get found in the first place.

Playwright Automation, Built to Scale

Took testing from purely manual to automated with Playwright, turning repetitive regression checks into scripts that run themselves and freeing up time for the testing that actually needs a human eye.

Workflow Ownership

Run QA workflows end-to-end across ClickUp, Asana, and Fluent Boards, from ticket to sign-off. Nothing slips through.

Team Communication

Keep dev, product, and QA in sync over Slack and GitHub, catching issues in conversation before they ever become tickets.

I test with AI. I test AI, too.

Building the agents that test alongside me, not replacing the QA instinct, multiplying it.

Custom QA & Testing Agents

Built agents dedicated to QA and testing workflows, scoping test cases, flagging regressions, and doing the first pass so I can spend my judgment where it matters most.

AI-Assisted Test Generation

Use ChatGPT and Cursor to draft and maintain test cases faster, without losing the human review that keeps them sharp.

Faster Feedback Loops

Cut the time between "something's off" and "here's exactly what and why" by putting AI in the QA loop from day one.

Patterns, not just bugs

Every ticket tells a story. I read them across projects, not just one at a time.

Cross-Project Defect Patterns

Tracking 10+ projects across ClickUp, Asana, and Fluent Boards surfaces the same failure modes showing up in different places, so fixes get applied upstream, not repeated downstream.

AI-Assisted Triage

Lean on Claude and ChatGPT to spot patterns in bug reports faster than a manual scan ever could.

  • AI Analysis

Sharper Reporting

Turn raw ticket noise into reporting that tells the team what's actually worth fixing first.

QA insight, fed straight into product calls

I don't own the roadmap, but I'm in the room, making sure what QA sees shapes what gets built next.

Working Hand-in-Hand with Product

Partner closely with the product team on our primary SaaS product, turning QA findings and user feedback into concrete input for feature decisions, without owning the roadmap myself.

  • Product Collaboration
  • User Feedback

Launch Readiness

Sign off on features from a quality lens before they reach the roadmap's "done" column, so launches don't come with surprises.

  • Launch Readiness

Feedback Loops That Close

Make sure bugs and user pain points don't just get logged. They get seen by the person planning what's next.

  • Roadmap Input

Where quality meets messaging

I also work on the marketing side of our primary SaaS product, because a great feature poorly explained still fails the user.

Messaging QA

Check that what marketing promises matches exactly what the product delivers. I know the product's edges better than most, so I catch the gaps before users do.

  • Positioning
  • Messaging Accuracy

Launch Support

Support marketing efforts around releases, validating claims, screenshots, and feature descriptions before they go out.

  • GTM Support

Product Knowledge, Applied

Bring hands-on QA knowledge of the product into marketing conversations, so positioning stays honest and accurate.

  • Product Marketing

Let's build
something reliable.

Open to opportunities in QA, Senior QA, AI QA, and Quality Intelligence roles, and always happy to talk product or marketing too.
